A full refund will be given on orders incorrectly described. Return postage is non-refundable. A 20 percent restocking fee will be charged on orders incorrectly ordered by customer. We will not be responsible for damages occured during shipping of your product. If you should experience damages please contact us immediately so we can help you get funding thru UPS or the USPS. Refunds on orders will be issued once product is received in original packaging and unopened. We will not grant refunds on Nutrition, Sterile products, Bandaging and wound care, or OTC medications.

Our company currently has 4 part-time employees. We service the Central Minnesota Area including Internet Sales.
We pride ourselves on helping you the customer find what you need and keep your records private. All our incontinence products are shipped privately. Our suppliers include Medline, Drive Medical Design, Mabis DMI, Coloplast, Kriesers, among others.
