Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, check out our return policy on our About Page.
Q: Who are your suppliers?
A: We currently buy from Medline, Drive Medical, Mabis/DMI, Coloplast, Kendall, Kreisers, Milliken among others.
Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: We do not, they are offered through the manufacture and all companies above have websites with contacts.
Q: Do you do sizing on canes?
A: No we do not even on the wooden ones, most of our canes are completely size adjustable with the
exception of the wooden ones.
Q: Do you offer Medicare/or insurance billing?
A: We do not.
Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes it is! It is secured through Volusion our e-commerce server.
Q: Do you take debit cards or credit cards over the phone?
A: Yes we do! You can easily pay by Pay-Pal, check out with a CC or phone an order to us.
Q: When can I expect shipment?
A: Almost all our orders are processed in the morning and shipped out by 2:30 in the afternoon.
We use UPS, USPS, and we will use Spee-Dee Delivery service if it is supported in your area.
Generally you will receive shipment within 3 to 4 days from purchase.
